Commission terms

Commissions are ordered through VGen; payment is in EUR up front via PayPal or Ko-fi.
Prices are starting estimates and may change with complexity and the number of revisions.
Progress and the queue are tracked on the commission board.
Refund and revision policies are agreed per commission before work starts.

Data & privacy

This site respects your privacy and keeps data collection to a strict minimum.

Data collected

This site collects only:

A total visitor count: an anonymous, global counter with no personally identifiable information.
Contact form data (name, email, message): only if you choose to contact me through the form.
IP and username on admin login attempts: for security only (brute-force protection). No IP is collected during normal browsing.

Purpose

Visitor counter: anonymous, aggregate audience stats
Contact form: replying to your messages
Login logs: detecting and blocking unauthorised access attempts

Retention

Counter: kept indefinitely (anonymous total)
Contact data: kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted
Login logs: automatically deleted after 24 hours

Under the GDPR you have a right to access, rectify and delete your personal data (contact form).
